Tips for the perfect scrambled eggs:

  • Heat in a non-stock pan with a little oil/butter/fry light on a low heat. Crack in the eggs and stir slowly.
  • Just before the eggs are cooked, remove from the heat. They will continue to cook from the residual heat of the pan while you serve, so by the time you tuck in they will be perfect.
  •  For super creamy scrambled eggs, add a drop of cream, yoghurt or crème fraîche near the end of cooking.
