
Sautéed Shrimp with Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients:
1 cup flat leaf parsley
1/2 cup cilantro
6 cloves garlic, minced
3⁄4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1⁄4 cup red wine vinegar
Juice and zest of one lemon
1 tablespoon diced red onion
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
1 teaspoon black pepper
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Pulse garlic in processor until chopped small. Add parsley and cilantro (it’s ok to use stems) in processor to chop.
Add remaining ingredients and blend.
