
Cocoa Damant
Ingredients
60 g flour
10 g cocoa powder
50 g butter
25 g sugar
1 tsp milk
vanilla extract
granulated sugar
Directions:
1. Bring the butter to room temperature then knead.
2. Add sugar, and stir with a whisk.
3. Add milk, vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
4. Sift in the cake flour and cocoa powder, mix, dividing into 2-3 parts, stir into 3.
5. Roll out 4 to from 1 cm circle with a rolling pin, then coat with granulated sugar, let chill and set in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
6. Cut into 3cm pieces.
5. Preheat oven to 170℃, bake for 17-20
