1 & 1/2 cups frozen mango
1 x 400ml can full-fat coconut milk/cream
1 - 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup or granulated stevia or xylitol (more as required)
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1-2 tsp matcha powder (options - greens powder or spinach)

Blend all ingredients except matcha until smooth
Divide in two and add matcha or greens to one half and blend again
*For extra nutrients and colour you can add a pinch of turmeric to the yellow half
Pour into popsicle molds, add sticks and freeze overnight
Rinse molds under hot water briefly to loosen finished popsicles
