1/2 cup frozen mango
1 frozen zucchini sliced (optional)
Pulp of 1 passionfruit
Handful of baby spinach leaves
1 serve vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup coconut water or milk of choice (more to consistency)
*sweetener to taste if your protein isn’t sweet
1/2 Tray of ice

Blend, adding liquid to desired consistency
Layer with additional passionfruit pulp and fruit if desired, sprinkle with coconut, hemp and chia seeds for some good fats and omegas
