INGREDIENTS
• 1-2 cups packed basil leaves
• 1/3 cup pine nuts (walnuts, sunflower seeds, or almonds also work)
• ¼ cup olive oil
• 3 garlic cloves
• 1 tbsp lemon juice; more to taste
• 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp chili flakes
• ½ tsp salt; more to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a food processor, blend all the pesto ingredients until smooth and creamy.
2. Add more salt and lemon juice to taste, then mix with 3-4 servings of cooked pasta. Enjoy!
