Black Bean Chocolate Mousse (Vegan, GF)

𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗜𝗣𝗘⁣
Makes 4 x 120ml portions.⁣

𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦⁣
• 2 cups cooked black beans⁣
• 1/2 cup oat milk (gluten-free, if needed)⁣
• 3 tbsp roasted hazelnuts⁣
• 2 tbsp melted coconut oil⁣
• 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder⁣
• 3 tbsp maple syrup⁣
• Pinch of salt⁣
• Dash of cinnamon⁣
• 1 tsp lemon juice⁣

👩‍🍳𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦⁣
1. Drain well the beans to get rid of the liquid if there’s any left after cooking. You can use canned beans, rinse them thoroughly and leave them in a sieve to drain really well – to avoid the beany taste.⁣
2. Put them in the blender with the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.⁣
3. Store in the fridge. Chill well before eating. Enjoy!⁣
