Makes 4 x 120ml portions.
𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦
• 2 cups cooked black beans
• 1/2 cup oat milk (gluten-free, if needed)
• 3 tbsp roasted hazelnuts
• 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
• 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
• 3 tbsp maple syrup
• Pinch of salt
• Dash of cinnamon
• 1 tsp lemon juice
👩🍳𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦
1. Drain well the beans to get rid of the liquid if there’s any left after cooking. You can use canned beans, rinse them thoroughly and leave them in a sieve to drain really well – to avoid the beany taste.
2. Put them in the blender with the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
3. Store in the fridge. Chill well before eating. Enjoy!
