• 115g (1/2 cup) vegan butter
• 200g (1 cup) brown sugar
• 60ml (1/4 cup) plant-based milk
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 250g (2 cups) flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 2 tsp cornstarch
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 175g (1 cup) dark chocolate, chopped

1. Cream your butter and sugar together, then add your dry ingredients and mix well.
2. Add your liquid ingredients and mix until smooth. Add your chocolate chunks and fold them in.
3. Roll into Balls with your hands or spoon them on a baking sheet with an ice cream scoop. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 15 minutes or until the cookies are set and slightly browned.
4. Remove the cookies from the oven and press some more chocolate chunks in the cookies. Leave them to cool completely. Enjoy!
