• 115g (1/2 cup) vegan butter⁣
• 200g (1 cup) brown sugar⁣
• 60ml (1/4 cup) plant-based milk⁣
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract ⁣
• 250g (2 cups) flour⁣
• 2 tsp baking powder⁣
• 2 tsp cornstarch⁣
• 1/2 tsp salt⁣
• 175g (1 cup) dark chocolate, chopped⁣

1. Cream your butter and sugar together, then add your dry ingredients and mix well.⁣
2. Add your liquid ingredients and mix until smooth. Add your chocolate chunks and fold them in.⁣
3. Roll into Balls with your hands or spoon them on a baking sheet with an ice cream scoop. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 15 minutes or until the cookies are set and slightly browned.⁣
4. Remove the cookies from the oven and press some more chocolate chunks in the cookies. Leave them to cool completely. Enjoy!⁣
