This dish is a must-try if you feel like having some comfort food ๐

INGREDIENTS:
•400g gnocchi (egg free)

•1 tsp coconut oil
•2 onions
•2 garlic cloves
•1 tsp fresh rosemary
•1 tbsp nutritional yeast
•2.5 dl soy or oat cream
•salt & pepper
METHOD.
1. mince the onions and garlic.
2. Heat a saucepan over medium heat. Add the oil and sautรฉ the onions, garlic cloves and the rosemary until golden brown.
3. Add the traditional yeast and cook for another minute.
4. Place the mixture in a high-speed blender, adjust salt and pepper, add the cream and blend until smooth.
5. Cook the gnocchi as described on the package and top with the cheeze sauce.
