1 cup oats
1 cup almond milk unsweetened
1 cup berries chopped
Natural sweetener to taste
*optional - add 1 scoop of protein powder
๐๐ก๐ฆ๐ง๐ฅ๐จ๐๐ง๐๐ข๐ก๐ฆ
Stir well. Put in the fridge overnight or heat on the stove
Top with fruit
Quick Caramel Granola topping
1/2 cup quick oats
1/4 cup almond meal (or more oats)
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 Tbsp date syrup
๐๐ก๐ฆ๐ง๐ฅ๐จ๐๐ง๐๐ข๐ก๐ฆ
Stir in a frypan on medium heat for 5 mins
Store extra in a jar in the fridge
*optional - add a pinch of salt for a salted caramel flavour
