1 cup buckwheat flour 175g
1 banana sliced 123g
1 cup almond or coconut milk 250ml
1 Tbsp sugarfree drinking chocolate 15g (or cacao)
2 Tbsp cacao powder 15g
1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp granulated stevia (more to taste) or sweetener of choice 10g
Pinch of salt

Blend wet ingredients including banana in a blender until smooth then stir into combined dry ingredients
Cook as normal
