(Serves 2)

1/2 cup chia seeds
1 tsp maqui powder (or berry powder)
2 cups yoghurt (I used coconut) (or mylk of choice)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
3-6 tsp natural sweetener to taste (xylitol, coconut sugar, maple syrup)
1/2 cup water
*optional extra - add protein powder, whole or purรฉed berries

Mix all ingredients in a jar and place in the fridge overnight to swell. Add additional mylk or water to desired consistency
