INGREDIENTS
• 2 fresh ripe mangoes
• 1½ cups frozen mango chunks
• 1 can coconut milk (thick part from the top of can only)
• 3 passionfruits
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• juice of ½ a lime
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
2. Transfer to an ice cream maker and churn for 40 minutes. Serve with some more passionfruit on top.
