INGREDIENTS:
300 g pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
2 handful of fresh spinach leaves
1 onion (minced)
1 garlic (minced)
150 g vegan feta
1 chili (minced)
METHOD:
1. Boil water in a large pot, add the pasta and cook until al dente.
2. in a saucepan heat the oil and brown onion, garlic and chili for 5 minutes. Add in the spinach leaves and saute for 4 minutes.
3. Place the pasta in a large bowl, add spinach and feta, mix well and serve.
